We have been active in the Mergers and Acquisitions market place since the late 1980’s. This started while our founder was working for corporations looking for suitable partners to increase their vertical presence. Since forming his consulting practice in 1994, he has been fortunate enough to parlay that expertise to service clients and industries throughout the Northwest.

As a business broker, he helps clients’ value and sell small companies. These folks typically have children who don't want the business and employees who can't afford it.

In the M+A profession, Bob has worked for national firms and regional stalwarts, but quickly learned this business is intensely personal. Size does not help the seller. He’s been told he has exceptional expertise in operational analysis, business planning, and packaging businesses for sale. The connections he maintains aren’t for ego –they are the experts sellers sometimes need help from – attorneys, bankers, escrow agents, tax law experts, and the like.

Bob is a graduate of Xavier and Barry Universities with a Masters degree in economics and business administration. He has served as a corporate director, board member, and consultant to multiple professional, business and civic organizations. Additionally, Bob has owned and managed several businesses of his own. His business brokerage experience ranges from smaller entrepreneurial ventures to large manufacturing plants.

While he only formally represents sellers, he works (and networks) tirelessly on behalf of both sides of the deal with a focus on niche manufacturers, distributors, and business service providers.
