Based in northern New Jersey, this company specializes in designing and organizing travel for both adult as well as youth groups. Tours are available throughout the United States and Canada. Additional select international destinations are offered each year. Cruises can be bundled with many tours to enhance the travel experience.

Tours are predominantly geared for adults. However, 20% of travelers each year are school-aged students participating in overnight tours. The United States accounts for 80% of all tour destinations with Canada making up 10%. Tours outside of North America contribute the remaining 10% of all trips. In total, this company is traveling approximately 200 days per year. A typical breakdown is approximately 80 one day tours, 40 days overnight bus tours and 80 days of flying tours. Of those 80 days about 20 days include a cruise. All tours feature deluxe accommodations and activities. The focus is on delivering the best possible experience for their clients. Customer satisfaction runs very high as evidenced by the large number of repeat travelers each year. Marketing is primarily focused on mailing a brochure to approximately 6,000 homes each year. Additionally, 30% of clients come from adult school programs.

The primary marketing activity involves mailing a brochure to almost 6,000 customers on their mailing list. The brochure is mailed quarterly. In excess of ninety percent of clients book their tour through this mailing list. Additional marketing activities focus on adult schools who place Tour information in their newsletters. Adult schools account for approximately thirty percent of total activity. These newsletters reach several hundred thousand homes in Northern New Jersey. The client list includes five middle schools that book one 8th grade tour per year. The number of tours per year has been very consistent. 2016 and 2017 generated 56 tours for a total of 193 and 199 travel days respectively. In 2018, there were 55 tours for 171 travel days. The website provides information about the types of tours available, company policies and payment terms and conditions. Tours can be booked over the phone or by mail.
