This combo jewel of liquor and full market generate high sales over $500K per year with a 10-15% net profit, $6,000 per month. It is on a major thoroughfare with a high traffic count in the foothills above Sacramento. The rent is very low, 2700 sq. ft. for around $2,500/month and will need to be renewed.
