The seller is selling due to their time being spent on a separate company and therefore they needed to make a choice of which direction to take.

This agency is completely relocatable since the owner, from its inception, had a vision of being able to work from any location and being able to encompass all of today's technology to their advantage. The current office space would not be included in the sale with the seller being on board with assisting the buyer with relocating the office.

The current base market for this agency is comprised by a large number of home health agencies and hospice agencies with the existing infrastructure very much conducive to creating relationships with hospitals, with skilled nursing facilities, with adult day health care facilities, with congregate living homes, with outpatient therapy clinics, with assisted living facilities and more! Furthermore, if the buyer wanted to create their own Medicare Part B and managed care contracts, this would create more revenue streams. To add more to the potential, the new buyer could start creating their own nursing registry as a part of the already existing systems, which would open up many more opportunities. The seller is willing to stay on board to provide hands-on training and to teach you how you can see per quarter growths in this industry.
