The shop is a favorite lunch time stop for employees in the area that rely on its fast service and tasty product. The deli has great Lunch only hours from Monday to Saturday, 10:30am to 4pm and is closed Sundays so you have evenings and a weekend day off for yourself!

This shop is a well know sandwich brand that is set up like a franchise with the brand name recognition, a proven business model with a tried and true menu, and excellent owner training program, but it operates with a simple Licensing Agreement so there are no ongoing Royalty fees to eat into the profits! The simple agreement allows for use of the brand name, Logo and signature recipes, but also allows the owner the freedom to customize their own menu so there is room to be a little creative and freedom to change the menu as you desire. The License Agreement includes 2 weeks of required training and a one-time transfer fee of $10,000. The brand is known for excellent sandwiches served with quality meats, special sauces, and fresh bread baked daily in the restaurant.

The space is approximately 1,200 sq. ft. with seating for about 23 inside as it is set up now. Total Rent is $1,925 per month. There is an excellent long-term lease in place with scheduled rent through March of 2027 + two 5-Year options!

This is currently absentee managed by the owner with the help of 1 full-time manager and about 3 part-time employees. It could continue to operate this way, or a more hands-on owner could work in the business to save a little on labor costs and increase the sales. This turnkey business would be great for a first-time owner or family. The owner is very pleased with the success of this business and its place in the community but is selling to prepare for retirement.
The 2018 Gross was approximately $173K and it was profitable with a Net of about $39K with absentee ownership.
