Profile: This daycare and learning center traces it roots back to 2013. The business was acquired by the current owners in October 2015. The business has always been located in Sacramento, California. Business does not need to relocate and would be able to keep the current premises with approval of landlord.

It is a daycare and preschool for children from two months old to kindergarten age. The business is licensed by the California Department of Social Services. It has separate licenses for preschool and for infant care. The business operates out of a converted residence in a residential neighborhood.

The Center is licensed to handle up to 42 children on the premises. It presently has 28 children enrolled. Preschool aged children are charge $190 to $200 per 5-day week, and infant care is charged $250 per 5-day week. The two owners are on the premises from 6:30am to 5:00pm, Monday through Friday. There is demand for the additional capacity, just use your good name and marketing efforts to fill up the empty slots and increase the bottom line.

The company has been issued a use permit by the city to operate a daycare in the residence. A new owner of the business will have to re-apply for a daycare license from the Department of Social Services.

The staff work from 7:30am to 5:00pm, Monday through Friday.

Prospective employees are required to have a Livescan Fingerprint check, an FBI background check, and health and vaccination clearances. Prospective employees are required to have at least 12 semester units of Early Childhood Education (ECE), or at least 9 units of ECE, if currently enrolled in a college program.

The Center does not now have, nor has it ever had, any lawsuits pending. It has never been cited by OSHA, the California Bureau of Labor, or the Department of Social Services.
